Maybe want to speak to a lawyer for him. Or, say, at least talk with the owner of the shop and if you are not on the information that you have an application found in the hands. Someone could use for identity theft and the list goes on. There are so many bad things can happen because of it. There's really no sense in which this information is lost because everything in a CAB file that is already locked, is stored.
