I was injured on probation for a traffic accident (not DWI) 4 months ago. The documents that I have received lists a number of limitations. Some of them are "controlled" and some are not. The compulsion to point out that alcohol is not consumed will not be reviewed during the probationary period, but in my OP, I can not for a positive alcohol test.
