Community Service Hours Samples Probation Violation Possibility?

Probation Violation Possibility? - community service hours samples

I was injured on probation for a traffic accident (not DWI) 4 months ago. The documents that I have received lists a number of limitations. Some of them are "controlled" and some are not. The compulsion to point out that alcohol is not consumed will not be reviewed during the probationary period, but in my OP, I can not for a positive alcohol test. I was from Friday to Thursday night so I bought a few beers, came home, watched some movies, and I drank. ) The next morning (ten or eleven hours after my last drink, I met my probation officer and was asked to give a urine sample. Before the test asks whether the alcohol should be completely avoided, and said yes. In any case, I have met all other conditions of probation (classes, comCommunity service, all fines paid, all expenses are tracking at this time). I am in a leadership position with a great company and I had no probation meeting. When I was in the city to go to work, I have always called for a travel, and they finally gave me a one-year journey to go. Yes, if the test is positive for alcohol, even if only one track, what is the probability that I will go to jail? In trying not to disrupt my responsibility, but I'm a little confused. Again, I did not do anything about classes or community service, and I'm on all my current fees. I am a criminal for the second time (not in the same region, however). I was on probation for 6 months to 10 years ago to stop the movement itself (yes, I have to) be a better leader. Thank you.

Wow. Sorry for the confusion! Have you told the OP in the examination had consumed alcohol? It seems that if this box is not checked or something like that should be accepted. But I know what can be. Here in San Francisco, we have a call into the program to talk to a lawyer to KGO radio on Sunday PST 4.7. You can try to call, even if in California. It will probably still be able to help you the right answer. Try calling 1-415-808-0810 during these hours. Good luck.
